Not Understanding The Other Chinese Dialect

Last Saturday when I went back to Ipoh, I brought my parents and grandparents for dim sum!

The dim sum restaurants in Ipoh are crazily packed with people every morning. Hence my grandparents and I got down first to wait for a table.

While waiting, my grandparents' friend suddenly appeared and they started talking in Hakka (Or was it Hokkien?).

I do not understand a single word that they were conversing at. T________T
